Most of our tenants have pets, usually dogs. All of our homes have fully fenced rear yards and make a good home for your four-legged family member.

We do require a pet deposit of $150 per animal and certain dog breeds are not allowed due to liability insurance restrictions. We also have a limit of 2 dogs for any of our homes.

The dog breeds that are not allowed are:

• Pit Bull (officially known as Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American
               Staffordshire Terrier, or American Pit Bull Terrier)
• Doberman
• Rottweiler
• Presa Canario
• English Mastiff
• Akita
• Chow Chow
• Argentine Dogo (Argentinian Mastiff)
• A dog partially bred with any of the preceding
• Any dog that has previously bitten or attacked anyone
